How do you cook the product? What all is needed to cook it ?
Cooking an Spice Up Foods product is a simple process. All you need to do is add boiling water to our mixes and keep it for a few minutes (7-8 minutes). Our products can be cooked in a variety of vessels or containers including a kettle, hot plate, stove or microwave.
How long does it take to cook the product ?
One of the benefits of our products is that they take very little time to cook. While your average Indian meal may take over an hour to prepare, Spice Up Foods products can be cooked in less than ten minutes.
How to cook Spice up Ready to eat food on stove
Instructions:
Empty the contents of the packet into a bowl or pot. Be sure to remove the oxygen absorber pouch.
Add the amount of water specified on the packet instructions.
Stir well to combine.
Cover the bowl or pot and let it sit on the stove(medium flame) for the amount of time specified in the instructions.
Once the food is rehydrated, it is ready to eat.
How to cook Spice up Ready to eat food in a tub
Empty the contents of the packet into a cup. Be sure to discard the oxygen absorber sachet.
Add the specific amount of boiling water mentioned on the packet inside the cup and stir.
Close the lid of the cup tightly.
Let the contents stand for the specified time, or until they are cooked through.
Stir the food again and enjoy!
How to cook Spice up Ready to eat food in a microwave
Empty the contents of the packet into a microwave-safe dish. Be sure to discard the oxygen absorber sachet.
Add the specific amount of water mentioned on the packet inside the cup.
Microwave on high for the amount of time specified on the packet.
Stir or shake the product halfway through cooking.
Once the product is rehydrated, remove it from the microwave and let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
What is the shelf life of the product ?
The shelf life of our products is currently six months.
How long can I store an unopened packet of Spice Up Foods ?
An unopened packet of Spice Up Foods can be stored up to six months. Please keep a track of date of manufacturing printed on the packaging
Should the product be stored at a specific temperature ?
Spice Up Foods products come in greatly sturdy and robust packaging that is not affected by harsh temperatures and pressure. They don’t need to be stored at a particular temperature. You can travel with them to all kinds of climates and enjoy them in all kinds of weather.But we recommend you not to put in sunlight for better shelf life
What is the quantity in each product ?
The weight of an Spice Up Foods packet ranges from 50gms to 80gms and most of them transform into a 200-300gm serving after being prepared.

What are the modes of payment available ?
Payment can be made online via Debit Card, Credit Card, NetBanking, PayTM or other online wallets services.
Is there Cash on Delivery facility available at your e-commerce website ?
No, there is no cash on delivery facility available. Debit Cards / Credit Cards / Netbanking / PayTM are the only modes of payment available.
Does Spice Up foods accept international payments?
Spiceup Foods accepts payments through various service providers and payment methods across its sales channels. This is enabled through the Razorpay platform, an integrated solution managing the payment process through its gateway for the website. The Razorpay platform allows for international payments from users of the system through integration with net banking, Credit and Debit Cards, UPI, and other payment methods. In case you have any queries regarding payment and international payments towards it please write to us here: info@spiceupmail.com. Kindly note that shipments are currently restricted to Indian locations across India only. Our international shipments are currently on hold. This however would not impact payments to be made through international services but with delivery locations based out of India.
How many days would it take for me to receive the product post order confirmation ?
In Kolkata our products are delivered within 3 working days. However, if you reside in another city they would take 7 working days to reach you.
What if I receive a tampered or a damaged product ?
We will arrange for a replacement once you notify us. You can notify us within 15 days of receiving the product.opening video of product packaging is a must.
The product looks different when we received it? is it the same product ?
