At Spice Up Foods, we want your ghar jaisa khana to reach you as fresh and as fast as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We process and dispatch every order within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your delivery location and your area's courier serviceability. Remote and non-metro pincodes may occasionally take a little longer.

Delivery Is Handled by Our Courier Partners

We ship through third-party courier partners. While we dispatch your order within 24 hours, the actual delivery timeline is managed entirely by the courier partner and is beyond our direct control. The 5–7 business day window is shared in good faith based on standard courier timelines — it is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Couriers may occasionally face delays due to weather, operational issues, regional disruptions, festival-season load, or other factors outside our control. If your order is running late, we will do our best to coordinate with the courier partner and push for the fastest possible delivery — but we cannot control or guarantee a courier's delivery timelines.

No Refunds for Late Delivery

Because delivery timelines are in the hands of our courier partners, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on account of late delivery once an order has been dispatched. Our commitment is to dispatch your order within 24 hours and to actively follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Shipping Charges

Free delivery on all orders over INR 999/-. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay.
