Thank you for shopping with Spice Up Foods. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges After Dispatch

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched or delivered.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or flavour preference
  • Product no longer required
  • Incorrect preparation by the customer
  • Failure to follow the preparation instructions printed on the product packaging
  • Unopened or unused products after dispatch

Damaged Product Exception

If you receive a product in a damaged condition, please contact us at yourmeal@spiceupfood.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

Our team will review the claim and may request additional information or ask for the product to be returned for inspection.

If the returned product is found to be inconsistent with the damage reported, or if the claim cannot be verified, the return request may be declined.

Important Clarification: No return or exchange will be accepted except in the case of a verified damaged-product claim. This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
