As the orders are going to get shipped from India we do not accept any returns once shipped.
Refunds will not be issued by Spiceup Foods against any products, unless products are received in damaged conditions.
If customer receives the products in damaged condition, customer has to provide evidence, contacting us on info@spiceupmail.com and providing on the evidence, team Spiceup Foods will have the right to judge if the product is damaged or not. Once verified as damaged, then customer will be getting their refund back to the origin account from where the payment was made within a stipulated time period after confirmation of damage.
Refunds will not be made if the customer does not like the taste of the product ordered or if they prepare the food in the wrong way then mentioned on the product itself.
Order once placed cannot be canceled.
Orders once delivered cannot be returned.
Spiceup Foods management's decision will be final on any issues regarding refunds and returns.
If you wish to send the products back, then the shipping charge for returns will be borne by the customer and Spice Up Foods will not reimburse the same.
After the return, company members will check the product and if received in good condition then only the payment will be processed ahead with deduction of the shipping charge by the company for the forward shipping.
