Refund Policy

Spice Up Foods issues refunds only in the case of products received by the customer in a damaged condition, subject to verification by our team.

Refund Eligibility

To request a refund for a damaged product, the customer must contact us at yourmeal@spiceupfood.in within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer must provide:

• Clear photographs or videos of the damaged product
• Clear photographs or videos of the outer packaging
• Order details

Spice Up Foods will review the evidence and may ask for additional information if required.

Refund Approval

A refund will be approved only after Spice Up Foods verifies that the product was received in a damaged condition.

If required, the customer may be asked to return the damaged product for inspection. The customer must preserve the product and packaging until the claim is resolved.

If the product received back is found to be inconsistent with the damage reported, or if the claim cannot be verified, the refund request may be declined.

Refund Processing

Once the damaged-product claim is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Refund timelines may also depend on the customer's bank, payment gateway, or card issuer.

No Refunds in the Following Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction with taste or flavour
• Change of mind
• Incorrect preparation
• Failure to follow preparation instructions
• Delay caused by incorrect address or customer unavailability
• Products that have been opened, consumed, mishandled, or stored incorrectly after delivery
• Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
• Claims without proper photo or video evidence
