Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued by Spiceup Foods if the returns of products are received in damaged conditions.

If a customer receives the products in damage condition, customer has to provide evidence, contacting us on info@spiceupmail.com and provided on evidence, team Spice Up Foods will have the right to judge if the product is damaged or not. Once verified as damaged, then customers will be getting their refund back to the origin account from where the payment was made in 7 working days after confirmation of verification.

Refunds will not be made if the customer does not like the taste of the product ordered or if they prepare the food in the wrong way then mentioned on the product itself.
