It started during a trip to Switzerland, when Amit and Shalu struggled to find good vegetarian food. Seeing dehydrated meals sparked a simple idea — why can't Indian ghar ka khana travel like this? Back home, they began experimenting in their kitchen to create real meals that last for months and still taste like the original.
