A kitchen experiment that refused to stay small

It started during a trip to Switzerland, when Amit and Shalu struggled to find good vegetarian food. Seeing dehydrated meals sparked a simple idea — why can't Indian ghar ka khana travel like this? Back home, they began experimenting in their kitchen to create real meals that last for months and still taste like the original.

Content & Social Media Manager (D2C)

What you'll do:

Own content creation end-to-end — from concept and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing

Plan and manage the social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Create UGC-style videos, reels, and static posts that reflect the brand's freeze-dried, preservative-free positioning

Shoot and edit short-form video content in-house (phone/DSLR — no external agency dependency)

Write captions, hooks, and scripts that stop the scroll and drive engagement

Manage day-to-day community interactions — comments, DMs, and reviews — with brand-appropriate tone

Track what content performs and double down on formats that work

Coordinate with the founder and product team to turn new launches, combos, and seasonal moments into content

Repurpose top-performing organic content into paid ad creative for Meta and Google campaigns

Stay on top of trends, audio, and formats relevant to the food/FMCG D2C space

Build and maintain a content bank (raw footage, photos, testimonials) for ongoing use

Manage influencer and UGC creator collaborations from outreach to content delivery

What we're looking for:

1–3 years of experience in social media/content roles, ideally for a D2C or food/FMCG brand

Strong shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) — a portfolio or reel showcasing your work is a must

Sharp copywriting instincts — you can write a caption or hook that actually gets read

Comfortable being both in front of and behind the camera when needed

A real feel for what makes content work on Instagram/YouTube Shorts — not just theory

Self-starter who can take full ownership without heavy hand-holding
