Super super helpful!!! My kids would have starved had it not been for spice up foods. We recently travelled to Vietnam and being a vegetarian I was dicy about the food we would get. Super tensed about kids, I put my faith in spice up foods. And it surpassed my expectations. Super easy and convenient to prepare and in required quantities.
