NO ONION NO GARLIC YELLOW DAL TADKA

Whenever I don't feel like cooking, this dal comes to the rescue. It's ready quickly and always tastes like ghar ka khana.

I used the pantry's hot water during my train journey and enjoyed this dal with rotis. It was much better than packaged snacks from the station.

Instead of ordering oily food, I prepared this with steamed rice at home. The flavor was mild, clean and truly comforting.

My daughter shifted to abroad with her husband and misses simple homemade dal the most. She said this meal reminds her of our family dinners.

After checking into my hotel , I just added hot water and had a proper Indian meal. Warm dal without any cooking felt incredibly comforting.
